Effortless Evenings Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Effortless Evenings! By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Service Overview
Effortless Evenings is a personalized date night planning subscription service. Our services include curating date night itineraries based on your preferences, coordinating reservations and activities, and offering exclusive add-ons for select subscription tiers. The services provided are outlined in the subscription plan you select.
2. Subscription Plans
a. Tiers and Benefits
We offer three subscription tiers:
Whispers of Romance
Moments of Bliss
Flames of Passion
Each tier includes specific services as detailed during sign-up. Effortless Evenings reserves the right to update or modify tier benefits at any time, with prior notification to subscribers.
b. Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly via the payment method provided during sign-up. All payments are processed through our secure Squarespace Client Hub.
c. Cancellation Policy
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through the Client Hub. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
3. Client Responsibilities
a. Profile Completion
Subscribers are responsible for completing their Planning Portal profiles accurately and in a timely manner. This includes providing preferences, availability, budget, and other relevant details to ensure the best experience.
b. Communication
Timely responses to communication regarding planning details are essential. Delays may impact the quality or feasibility of planned dates.
4. Passion Perks and Add-Ons
a. Eligibility
Passion Perks are exclusive to Flames of Passion subscribers. Add-ons must be selected by the 15th of each month.
b. Payments
Add-on costs vary and will be invoiced separately. Payment is due within 10 days of receiving the invoice.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellations
a. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule dates must be submitted at least 7 days in advance. Effortless Evenings reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee for requests made with less than 7 days’ notice.
b. Cancellations
Dates canceled by the client are non-refundable. If a reservation or activity requires advance ticket purchases, cancellation policies of the vendor or venue will apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
Effortless Evenings is not liable for third-party vendor actions, cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect your date night. We make every effort to collaborate with reliable vendors but cannot guarantee their performance.
7. Privacy Policy
All personal information provided by subscribers is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services. Effortless Evenings will never share your information with third parties without your consent.
8. Modifications to Terms
Effortless Evenings reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes via email.
