Jazzed Up Planning started after I had been doing event planning for years as a hobby that turned into something more amazing than I could have ever imagined. I have built up plenty of skills in the events in my past that help me to be an amazing wedding and event planner!
I went to Johnson and Wales for Culinary Arts so I know good food and can use that to help you choose your caterer.
I went to the Community College of Aurora for Theater and I understand the importance of putting together the thousand different pieces to make an event run smoothly.
I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years so I am dedicated to delivering exceptional service to every client.
I’m now a boy and girl mom! Our mom and son duo grew into a wonderful family of four and I couldn’t be happier. I am now blessed with an amazing, supportive partner and the most precious daughter. I love our family and can’t wait to see how we continue to go through life!

We offer two thoughtfully designed wedding packages: Sunstone and Citrine. Each is named after a unique crystal, symbolizing its distinct and valuable qualities. Just like these crystals, our packages aren’t about ranking one above the other—they’re about finding the option that fits your needs and vision as a couple.
During your free consultation, we’ll walk you through each package in detail to help you decide which one is the perfect fit for your special day!

We plan a wide variety of events, including baby showers, birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, dinner parties, work events, holiday gatherings, date nights, grand openings, engagement celebrations, and more.
If the thought of organizing your event feels stressful or overwhelming, we’re here to take the pressure off. No matter the occasion, our goal is to make the planning process seamless and the event unforgettable!

Of course! We mainly service the Long Beach and Southern California area, but we are more than willing to travel. We can discuss more in detail when you book a consultation with us!

For weddings and events, 25% is due at the contract signing, and then we start your payment plan 14 days after that.

Wedding management is our approach to what’s traditionally called month-of planning, but with an elevated level of service. We understand that every couple’s needs are unique—not everyone requires full-service or partial planning.
What sets wedding management apart is that we’re with you from day one. Instead of stepping in just 30 days before your wedding, we stay in communication from the moment you sign your contract. From coordinating key details to offering support along the way, we ensure everything is handled with care well before the final month.

Day of coordination is not something that we do. Our job is to make your day stress free and amazing and jumping in on the day-of, or even the week-of does not allow us to execute our job correctly. We offer full wedding planning and wedding management.

We completely understand wanting to support friends and family for your special day. While we’re happy to work with any licensed and insured vendors, it’s important to note that we only partner with professionals who meet these requirements to ensure the highest quality and reliability for your event.
If your friend or family member is licensed and insured, we’d love to collaborate with them! If not, we’d be happy to recommend some incredible vendors who can bring your vision to life.

With tailored plans, activities, and exclusive add-ons, Effortless Evenings turns ordinary nights into unforgettable memories.

Effortless Evenings simplifies date night planning into three easy steps:
Choose Your Tier: Select the subscription that best fits your needs—Whispers of Romance, Moments of Bliss, or Flames of Passion.
Tell Us About You: Complete your profile in our Planning Portal with your preferences, location, and availability.
Enjoy Your Date Night: Sit back as we handle the details, from reservations to itinerary creation. You'll receive a personalized plan designed to make your date night effortless and unforgettable.

At Effortless Evenings, we offer three subscription tiers designed to meet your unique date night needs. Whispers of Romance includes one dater per month, Moments of Bliss includes two dates a month and an increased selection of activity options. Flames of of Passion includes weekly dates for the ultimate experience, more date activity selections, and access to exclusive Passion Perks, such as monthly add-ons (flowers, champagne, chocolates, or sweet bites) delivered to your home. Every date comes with a personalized itinerary tailored to your preferences, including activity details, travel times, and wardrobe suggestions.

Payments for Effortless Evenings subscriptions are securely processed through our Client Hub, powered by Squarespace. When you sign up, you’ll set up your payment method, and the subscription fee will be billed automatically on a recurring basis based on your chosen tier.
For Passion Perks, you’ll recieve a separate invoice each month after confirming your selection. These invoices are processed securely, and payment is due within the specified time frame.
We accept major credit and debit cards to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transaction process.

All itineraries will be available for uploaded to your portal five days before your date.

If you have any special requests, please reach out to me so that we can discuss how to best accomodate you!

Clients may reschedule their date night once without a fee, provided the request is made at least 3 days in advance. Additional reschedules or short-notice changes may incur a $50 fee to cover administrative costs. Please reach out to me as soon as possible for any cancelations.

Currently, Effortless Evenings does not allow skipping a month. If you need to pause your subscription, you’ll need to cancel it and resubscribe when you’re ready to continue. While we understand this may not be ideal, it’s a limitation of our current system.
